B’earthday Reflections
Life is too short to waste it on people who don’t care, or issues that don’t matter, but too long if you’re not living it right by your soul. How can we live more in alignment to what our souls actually came here for? All these questions are left pondering in my mind after another year around the Sun, not knowing how many more is left. The best way forward is to live each moment in its own sacredness. “Om Tat Sat”, a mantra that means ‘All Is That Truth’, a reminder that this very moment, just as it is, is sacred.
Finding Solace in Sounds
Our self-agency is about our innate knowing on who we can put trust in, otherwise it would be no different to the patriarchy system that is crumbling down in this era that wants us to follow their doctrines. There is no one outside of ourselves that knows more than our own higher selves on what is best for our lives. That is our self-agency.

Chasing Love (Vulnerable Share)
You see LOVE is a feeling, and like all feelings they will pass. When someone is going through sad emotions, you tell them to hang in there, because it will pass. Yes it will. So is LOVE.
Awakened or Asleep?
I dreamt of a world that is no longer separated by so many denominations. Races, religions, languages, skin colours, financial statuses, pronouns or whatever segregation one can invent in this crazy era we live in. Eventually, there is only awakened or asleep humanity. Those who awakens are conscious of their own behaviour and contributions to life, and those who remains asleep live solely for their own selfish reasons just to stay alive. As I grow older, I am conscious of the circle of people I keep around me. People who are asleep no longer have a place or right to my energy and time, just because it is so draining.
Why I Do It? (Sound Healing)
Why do I do what I do now? Sound healing has become more popular over the last 5 years, but before I took my son to our first parent and child singing bowl workshop, I had no idea what sound healing even was. Bought my first bowl after the workshop simply because I was resonating with the sound of the bowl and I saw how my son could gain that bit of focus time to rim the bowl to make it sing.
Death & Life
Death, it is inevitable and comes to everyone, but yet it is always harder for those whom are left behind. I have always been fascinated by what happens after death, since the passing of my own father back in 2002. Where did he go, if there is really another realm, is it way more beautiful and peaceful that what we see here on Earth? I am not afraid of my own death, but I fear the death of my love ones, because I will be left behind to feel the anguish and pain of grieving.
