I invite you to join me for a 7D6N retreat to immerse yourself in the healing transformative power of sounds in nature.
You will spend your days immerse in healing sound vibrations, experiencing different sound journeys to go deeper within for a deep reset of your nervous system.
You will be reconnected to the rhythms within you through the ancient art of frame drumming, and find your melodies emerging from your heart and soul through the flute.
You will activate your voice, and learn how to use your voice for somatic healing. You will chant mantras and sing in Kirtan circles, have a musical jam by the fire. You will meditate in the forest, take a cold river plunge, feed and cuddle the sheep in nature.
You will learn how to manifest the life you desire through Moonology rituals, enjoy tea ceremonies and Chakra balancing dance.
All these and more in the beautiful rural Koru region in Taranaki, New Zealand.

About RAINBOwLs & REIKI
Joey, recently relocated from Singapore to New Plymouth is a full time mum to 3 beautiful children, who are the catalyst to her embarking on her spiritual journey within to find peace.
She offers intuitive energy and sound healing therapy sessions for 1:1 private therapy, and group sound baths sessions on Full Moon and New Moon circles.
She is a multi-instruments sound alchemist and integrates her knowledge from different healing modalities to offer a unique experience in her Shamanic Sound Journeys to bring you clarity of mind, purpose and deep inner healing. She is passionate about frequency healing through voice and sounds.
She teaches Native American Flute lessons as a meditative practice to help others learn to live more mindfully, in order to cope with the daily life stressors, finding inner peace and purpose. She also holds monthly Moon Drum Journeys & Sacred Music Jamming Circles to empower women & men through rhythm, voice, and sounds, as well as New Moon Red Tent Ceremonies for women to connect in collective wisdom. Joey helps you heal your unconscious woundings in deep layers, to gain clarity on your life purpose, find inner peace and acceptance, through vocal and sound healing.
Joey believes that wellness means finding peace from within and balance in all aspects of life, and self-care is an important aspect of being human that many people forget daily in the hustle of living.
